Wires from failed experiments make for an interesting freeform cuff.

Wired prong ring

Learned how to make this yesterday from an online tutorial. It uses double wires (in form of flattened loop) as prongs in traditional gem stone setting, and they hold better than you might think.

The center was meant for a gem stone. I don't have one; so I used a pewter bead having similar dimension in terms of width/height, although not shape. A keeper.

Today's home work

Same bracelet as the basic bracelet from Jewelry Studio: Wire Wrapping. This time, E-beads and 4mm cube beads replace the 2 middle wires.

Today's find on the net

Found the site of Angie Wiggins's work when I was poking around. Her work is so colorful and fun; every piece makes me smile.
