Ruffly Ribbon Strangemaille Pendant in Golden Fuchsia

Yes, this is a pendant that I created a while back, but never quite finished the whole piece, until now!

I really like this weave, Strangemaille, created by lorenzo of MAIL.  Seemingly random, but strangely consistent; I like the little wonkiness (is that a word? :-), and the softness both in look and feel.

But when it's centered on a delicate ball chain, it's totally prim and proper, be it on a white blouse....

or that cute little black dress!!

Pendant is 2" long, 5/8" wide, on 18" plated ball chain, with a 1" extension.

Make this your go-to necklace for the long, lazy summer to come!

This pretty pink pendant is now available for purchase in my online studio DaisyKreates.com.

Oh, and you are also looking for a something to go with this necklace, a finger ring perhaps?  Be sure to check this out as well.

One More Night at Denny's

Ha ha ha, yup, one more of these pretty little bracelets, One Night at Denny's!

This one is for my dear friend Margaret's mom's upcoming birthday celebration.

Selected by Margaret's two boys, the original version was a rather jingly one, with lots of bells, and it went to my friend Sara.  Now Sara is always ready for her next belly dancing party:-)

Margaret likes this bracelet for her mom with beads instead of bells.  Equally colorful and eye-catching, but much more quiet....

What do you think?  Comments/critiques welcome!!

I think I will make another one, this time with rings more inline with BrassAnvil's original specs on M.A.I.L., I like the contrasts between the different gauges of rings, and the way it gladly welcomes any beads, bells, charms, dangles, etc. along with the fun!!

Triple Barrel Earrings

Refreshing and airy, Triple Barrel Earrings are a pair of shimmering dangles with a pop of blue.

Made of bright aluminum jump rings, this earrings weight practically less than nothing, despite of their length at near 3 inches from top of the ear wire to bottom of the blue drop bead.

I set out to create a pair of earrings that are a simple twist on the chainmaille RSD weave, which stands for, wait... wait... Rhino Snorting Drano, I kid you not:-)

Instead of the common double version of Barrel weave, I alternate the single ring version and a triple-ring version, resulting in a soft woven tube of these Triple Barrel earrings.

The free-tilting rings, sandwiched between the triple stacked rings, add variations and movements, and a little spunky and funky! :-)

The earrings measure at nearly 3 inches long, and about half inch wide.

The bright aluminum rings require no maintenance, stay shiny by themselves! The ear wires are silver plated surgical steel to match the bright aluminum rings.  And the baby blue drop beads are AB-coated for even more shiny; one can never have enough shinies:-)

Japanese Polyhedron Earrings - Pink

If you like hot pink, these cuties are for you!!!

Made of anodized niobium and anodized aluminum, this is a pair of eye catching earrings that will light up any outfit!

The Japanese chainmaille weave uses the right angle connections between rings, creating the modern, geometric frame for this airy, funky looking "architecture" for your ear lopes:-)

Each earring measures 1 1/2 inches from bottom of the ear wire, and 1/2 inch wide. The glass drop beads have a matching hot pink hue with AB coating for extra sparkles. The ear wires are surgical stainless steel and hypoallergenic.
