One More Night at Denny's

Ha ha ha, yup, one more of these pretty little bracelets, One Night at Denny's!

This one is for my dear friend Margaret's mom's upcoming birthday celebration.

Selected by Margaret's two boys, the original version was a rather jingly one, with lots of bells, and it went to my friend Sara.  Now Sara is always ready for her next belly dancing party:-)

Margaret likes this bracelet for her mom with beads instead of bells.  Equally colorful and eye-catching, but much more quiet....

What do you think?  Comments/critiques welcome!!

I think I will make another one, this time with rings more inline with BrassAnvil's original specs on M.A.I.L., I like the contrasts between the different gauges of rings, and the way it gladly welcomes any beads, bells, charms, dangles, etc. along with the fun!!

Double Half Persian 3 in 1 Bracelet in Mixed Metals

Not just doubled as in "kinged".  And no, doubling a Half Persian doesn't make it a "Full" Persian, at least no in chainmaille land.

This is "doubling" as in "layering", emphasizing the "stacking" effect of Persian weaves.

Very tactile.  Somewhat lacy, but sturdy enough to feel like a rope.

Not a particularly difficult weave either, just tricky to start, as usual with many Persian weaves, specially when the ring size is way bigger than the classic Half Persian 3 in 1.

From the side, it looks kind of feathery.

and the bottom (or valley) side is still wider than the top.

Very supple.  Both feminine and masculine.  A classic modern!

4 Winds over the Rainbow Bracelet

A very tactile bracelet, the kind you just want to touch and feel the rings spinning between your fingers!

"4 Winds" is the name of this simple yet attractive unit weave.  Each 6-ring unit in bright aluminum is connected with brightly colored anodized aluminum rings, with the last connector performing a dual function as the toggle ring for closure.

7 1/2" long, 1/2" wide, 1/4" thick, plenty of presence for this light weight bracelet.

This bracelet is also available for purchase in my ArtFire store.  Hope to see you there!

For complete views of my 4 Winds creations, please visit my Picasa web album.

If you're into chainmaille weaves, you may already know that "4 Winds" is a chameleon of some sort because it is also the back side of "Cloud Cover", both created by chainge_maker of M.A.I.L.  Both very fun weaves!  And I highly recommend the tutorial by lorraine on M.A.I.L. if you are interested to learn how to make it yourself.

Purrrrrrrple PawPrints Bracelet

Purrrrrrple and sooooo purrrrty:-)

(that sounds like a sticky keyboard, LOL!!)

What do paw prints and Borg have in common? (quick!)

It is futile to resist them!  Oh, I crack myself up!  XD!!!

Same design as its little big brother, this PawPrints bracelet is all purple and very light weight.

The anodized aluminum rings keep the bracelet light as feathers (almost), while the stainless steel connector rings provide strength.

At 1" wide, 7 1/2" long, this cutie is easy on the wrist, thanks to the subtle toggle bar latching into the last paw print units on the other end of the bracelet, making it nearly seamless and very comfortable to wear.

This lovely bracelet is now available for purchase at my online studio DaisyKreates.com.  Hope to see you there.

Chainmaille Rapid Track Bracelet in Rainbow Colors

This is a fun bracelet full of motion and colors!

Rapid Track, a lovely design by Kat Wisniewski of ElementalArt, takes the good old chainmaille weave Barrel to a new level with the addition of beads, allowing the weave to "grow" and "glow", figuratively and literally!

Here is my version of the Rapid Track!

It is also full of colors, but in a mat finish on both the beads and the anodized jump rings.

Thanks to the light weight of aluminum, this bracelet, being at 7 3/4-inch long, will not drag on your wrist.

A simple star toggle lets you put on or take off the bracelet with ease.

Not much else is needed to brighten your day when you put this delightful chain on your wrist!

My Rapid Track bracelet is available for purchase in my ArtFire online studio.
